Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 35 years; (2) Patients with chronic neck pain with a medical history of more than 3 months; (3) Patients with straight cervical spine curvature and a total cervical spine C2-C7 angle greater than -4 degree C; (4) No history of allergy to NSAIDS drugs; (5) No heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases, no history of chronic diseases of the digestive system, nervous system, and mental disorders; (6) No history of abnormal lung function examination reports; (7) No history of infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B, or syphilis; (8) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Radiation pain; (2) Patients with chronic neck pain and dizziness; (3) Pain caused by mental and psychological abnormalities; (4) Vertebral fractures; (5) Tumors; (6) Tumor metastases; (7) Past neck surgery history; (8) Patients who have received physical and drug therapy in the past three months.
