Age

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 60 to 90 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II-III; operation time <=3 hours; education level sufficient to complete neuropsychological tests; voluntarily participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: obesity (BMI >28kg/m2); allergic to the used anesthetics; brain tumor disease; history of cerebrovascular accident; liver and kidney dysfunction; history of mental illness or taking psychotropic drugs; recent alcohol abuse; language communication difficulties, significant hearing or visual impairment; preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination score <24.
