Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form; (2) Age from 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Acute renal colic caused by ureteral stones, and visual analogue score (VAS score) >=4; (4) Stone diameter <=7mm; (5) No analgesic and antispasmodic drugs were used within 6 hours after the onset of onset and admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to test drugs; (2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Combined with ureteral stenosis; (5) History of asthma, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal hemorrhage; (6) Untreated urinary tract infection.
