18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18 and 35 years old; 2. symptom of pregnancy with the positive pregnancy test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of ocularpathy; (2) Spherical refractive error more than -6.0D or axial length more than 26mm; (3) Intraocular pressure higher than 21 mmHg; (4) Other pregnancy-related complications; (5) History of related internal medical disease(vascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, morbid obesity); (6) Smoking, drug abuse; (7) Multiple pregnancy.
