18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with ICU admission, modified NUTRIC score > 5, expected to stay in ICU for more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Burn patients; 2. Enteral nutrition can not be implemented after 48 hours in ICU; 3. Patients who started renal replacement therapy within 24-48 hours after admission to ICU; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with advanced cancer 6. Patients with severe complications of diabetes mellitus: ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, lactic acidosis; 7. Patients with esophageal, gastric and intestinal surgery or primary gastrointestinal injury; neuromuscular diseases (with protein malabsorption or metabolic abnormalities); 8. Patients with body mass index (BMI) >= 30kg / m2, patients with hyperthyroidism 9. Patients with hyperthyroidism 10. Patients with age 80 years.
