Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Simple mental status examination (MMSE) >= 24 points or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) cut score 23/24 is divided into mild cognitive dysfunction, or meet the ICD-10 mild and moderate dementia diagnosis; (2) Can communicate in Mandarin (Taiwan); (3) Over 65 years old; (4) Complaints of sleep disorders, and PSQI > 5 points or more; (5) Regular and stable medication; (6) No special eye disease, can accept continuous light; (7) Living in an institution, the staff can monitor their sleep status, or their co-resident family members can assist in monitoring their sleep status; (8) In addition to the above conditions, the subjects must be volunteers who have signed an informed consent form by themselves or their family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Any primary neurological disease that affects the quality of sleep, such as narcolepsy or sleep cessation syndrome; (2) Those who have been diagnosed by a physician with obvious mental illness or communication disorders; (3) Assessed by the sleep apnea scale in the Sleep Disorders Questionnaire, females> 26 points, males > 29 points, judged to have sleep apnea; (4) Those who have had photosensitivity dermatitis in the past; (5) Those who have been diagnosed by a physician with related eye diseases that cannot receive continuously light; (6) Those who are not suitable to participate in this course of treatment after being assessed by a physician.
