Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sex is not limited, with first respiratory symptoms within 2 weeks (cough, expectoration, chest tightness, shortness of breath, etc.); 2. There is any one of the following risk factors: Age > 55 years old, history of smoking, contact history of occupational or environmental hazards, family history of respiratory diseases; 3. No digital X-ray or CT imaging examination since the onset of the disease; 4. The total number of leukocytes in peripheral blood was normal; 5. Lung function test: FEV1 / FVC: 70% - 85%, with or without FEV1 / predictive value > 80%; 6. With good compliance and is willing to follow up the requirements of the program; 7. Fully informed of the purpose, method and possible discomfort, agreed to participate in the test, and signed the informed consent; 8. Be able to understand and complete lung function test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of laboratory test indicators; 2.Patient who do not meet the test protocol standard after entering the group.
