18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-80 years old; (2) ASA I-III; (3) Those who plan to undergo elective non-cardiovascular surgery; (4) Be willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe preoperative liver dysfunction (Child C) and renal insufficiency; (2) Severe consciousness, cognitive impairment, delirium; (3) Patients with acute inflammation, severe infection and large amount of antibiotics; (4) Persons with limb motor dysfunction and unable to exercise independently; (5) Myasthenia gravis, muscular atrophy or other neuromuscular diseases; (6) Have allergic diseases or allergies to neuromuscular blockers, or have a family history of Malignant Hyperthermia Syndrome; (7) BIA cannot be performed, such as patients undergoing implantation of cardiovascular stents, installation of pacemakers, artificial joint replacement or amputation.
