Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective oral and maxillofacial surgery with free flap reconstruction (tracheal intubation until the next morning after operation); Aged from 18 to 65 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; patients who refused to participate in this study; severe systemic diseases, including hypertension II or above; cardicac function level 2 or above; neck lymph node dissection.
