Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery; 2. Aged 55 to 75 years; 3. ASA grade II~III; 4. BMI 18.5~28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung diseases, such as malignant arrhythmia, pulmonary heart disease, valvular dysfunction; 2. Severe liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Mental disorder; 5. Severe immune system diseases; 6. The patient or family member refused to participate.
