Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Foreskin covering all the head of the penis and urethra outside the mouth; 2. The foreskin can be turned up to show the head of the penis; 3. Read and sign the informed consent for surgical treatment. 4. Aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Foreskin and glans deformity; (2) urinary tract infection; (3) oreskin glans inflammation; (4) the foreskin inner plate and the penis head adhesion is serious; (5) combined with coagulation dysfunction and diabetes and other basic diseases that may affect the curative effect of surgery.
