Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction: section 1 and any of the following items 2, 3, 4, 5: (1) significant increase of myocardial injury markers (symptoms of CK-MB, cTnI, cTnT); (2) myocardial ischemia); (3) new changes of ST-T or LBBB; (4) pathological Q wave; (5) Imaging confirmed new loss of viable myocardium or new regional wall motion abnormalities. 2. the patient who signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of cooperation or regular follow-up due to mental factors; 2. previous history of myocardial infarction and stent implantation; 3. more than 3 stents implanted in this reperfusion therapy; 4. patients who refuse to sign informed consent form for various reasons; 5. those who are in poor general condition or suffer from severe claustrophobia and are difficult to cooperate with MRI examination; 6. patients with severe diseases and life expectancy <= 1 year; 7. permanent or temporary pacemakers, ICD or intracranial metal implants; 8. patients with gadolinium allergy to contrast medium; 9. patients with severe renal insufficiency and creatinine clearance < 30ml/min.
