Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects, aged 18-75 years, underwent painless upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital, 2. Patients were selected from the opportunistic screening population of digestive medicine, Surgical Clinic and physical examination clinic. 3. Their indications and contraindications were evaluated routinely. 4. Sedation or anesthesia examination was recommended for all patients to relieve digestive reaction and discomfort.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Positional Vertigo, sequela of cerebral infarction, abnormal mental state and unable to cooperate; 2. Patients with confirmed gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, digestive tract obstruction, previous gastrointestinal surgery, gastric drainage tube placement and gastrointestinal tract malformation; 3. Patients with new coronary artery disease in 36 weeks, Thrombocytopenia in 1 week, aspirin or Warfarin in 1 week. 4. Allergic to preparation of drug ingredients prior to examination; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
