Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Patients with mood disorders, including anxiety disorders (such as panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder) and unipolar depression, were mild to moderate; 3. Patients who have not changed for at least four weeks before the intervention and are expected to not change during the intervention if they are taking medicine; 4. The subjects who voluntarily joined the study signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who could not access the Internet; 2. Subjects with insufficient Chinese ability; 3. Subjects who have participated in mindfulness based projects for more than 6 weeks before, and / or the current frequency of meditation practice is more than once a week; 4. Patients with schizophrenia or psychotic affective disorder, current organic mental disorder, substance abuse disorder and generalized developmental disorder; 5. Subjects at risk of suicide.
