control group:5% sodium bicarbonate + normal saline + compound sodium chloride

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years; 2. Patients with hemorrhagic shock; 3. Patients with arterial blood lac >= 4 mmol / L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency (child grade C); 2. Patients with severe renal failure (creatinine > 400 µ mol / L, urea nitrogen > 27 mmol / L); 3. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with hypermagnesemia; 5. Patients with hypothyroidism; 6. Patients who used various acids and bases within 6 hours before admission; 7. Patients with malignant tumor.
