Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-70 years. 2. Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria, the course of disease in 3 months to 24 months, the first onset. 3. Patients with unilateral hemiplegia and upper limb fma-ue score: 20-60. 4. Patients without cognitive impairment can communicate correctly. 5. Subjects willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with disturbance of consciousness. 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, skin and infection. 3. Patients with progressive stroke. 4. Patients with severe bleeding tendency. 5. Patients with intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, magnetic films, cardiac pacemakers or skull defects. 6. Patients with confirmed psychosis, severe depression (suicidal tendency), unstable epilepsy control or family history of psychosis or epilepsy. 7. Patients with history of taking cortical excitatory drugs. 8. Pregnant subjects. 9. Patients with severe headache. 10. Patients with severe joint contracture.
