Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of American Diabetes Association (ADA) for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in 2019; 2. The patients who voluntarily participated in the trial had good compliance; 3. Adults of all genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases, digestive tract diseases, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and renal insufficiency and other diseases or complications; 2. Patients with other gastrointestinal diseases that may affect drug absorption; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with allergic constitution; 5. Patients treated with other hormones in the past three months; 6. Patients with leukopenia or abnormal granulocyte; 7. Patients with new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent three months; 8. Subjects participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
