Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with IVF-ET indications; 2. Those patients whose ratio of estrogen on the next day after trigger is less than 0.7 during IVF treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had systemic diseases unsuitable for pregnancy; 2. Patients with malignant tumor of genital tract; 3. Patients who did not complete the determination of Estrogen on the day of trigger and the day after the trigger.
