Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with first stroke; 3. The diagnosis is in accordance with the "key points for the diagnosis of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China" in 2019, and confirmed by CT or MRI as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Patients with 2 weeks <= onset time <= 1 year had swallowing dysfunction; 5. Patients without other diseases affecting swallowing function; 6. The patients with stable vital signs, no serious disturbance of consciousness, severe dementia or sensory aphasia can cooperate with the evaluation and treatment; 7. Informed consent signed by the patient himself or by his immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other central nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with obvious disturbance of consciousness and mental disorder; 3. Patients with epilepsy history; 4. Patients with pacemaker in vivo; 5. Patients with metal foreign body or skull defect in the head; 6. Patients with claustrophobia; 7. Pregnant women.
