Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can sign informed consent and understand the necessity and risk of operation; 2. The patients were 18-90 years old and diagnosed as primary drainage of hilar cholangiocarcinoma according to clinical manifestations and imaging data; 3. Patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma who need ERCP because of biliary obstruction and severe hyperbilirubinemia (TB > 32 µ mol / L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with benign stenosis, obstructive jaundice caused by stones and poor coagulation function; 2. Patients with severe septic shock leading to multiple organ failure can not tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with poor cooperation, unable to cooperate or refused to accept surgical treatment; 4. Patients with bismuth type I and poor drainage effect at the end of the disease; 5. Patients with obstructive jaundice caused by metastasis and compression of distal cholangiocarcinoma and other malignant tumors.
