Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who signed the informed consent; 2. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. Subjects aged 18-70 years old; 4. ASA: grade I- II; 5. Cardiac function: grade I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects allergic to maltodextrin; 2. Subjects with BMI > 30 kg / m2 or BMI < 15 kg / m2; 3. Patients with gastric dysfunction (such as pyloric obstruction, reflux esophagitis, etc.); 4. Patients treated with insulin before operation; 5. Patients converted to open surgery; 6. Subjects who were given blood transfusion and supplemented with sugar solution during operation.
