Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects classified as II or III by American Society of anesthesiologists; 2. Subjects 150-170 cm in height; 3. Subjects weighing 60-100 kg; 4. Subjects >= 37 gestational weeks; 5. Subjects with spontaneous labor pain and VAS score > 5; 6. Primiparas with cervical dilatation of 2-4 cm; 7. Primiparas who had uterine contraction at least once in 5 minutes and required intraspinal analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart and brain dysfunction; 2. Patients who received opioid injection before operation; 3. Patients with spinal deformity, multiple pregnancy, premature delivery, diabetes mellitus or gestational diabetes mellitus; 4. Patients with contraindications of intraspinal block.
