Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 18 and 24 years old, including 18 and 24 years old; 2. Those people who rush into the plateau,the sex ratio depends on the specific population at the scene; 3. Subjects without long-term exposure history at high altitude; 4. All subjects must voluntarily participate in and sign a written informed consent form before all assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects with recent history of taking sleeping pills; 2. Subjects who have been engaged in special physical training; 3. Subjects with a history of drug allergy or unable to use drugs for other reasons; 4. Subjects with poor compliance; 5. Patients with cardiovascular disease or other serious diseases; 6. Subjects with recent history of upper respiratory tract infection; 7. Subjects who are smoking; 8. Mental, nervous system diseases and other conditions not suitable for the trial.
