Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AML diagnosed by MICM (except M3); 2. Patients with Cr after induction therapy; 3. Patients aged 60-80 years old; 4. Liver and kidney function: blood total bilirubin <= 35 µ mol / L, AST and ALT below 2 times of the upper limit of the normal value, blood muscle; Anhydride <= 150 µ mol / L; 5. Patients with normal cardiac function; 6. Patients with ECoG grade 0-2; 7. Obtain informed consent signed by patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with treatment-related AML; 2. Recurrent patients; 3. Subjects with obvious contraindications and allergies to any drug involved in the protocol; 4. Patients with other organs malignant tumor, combined with other blood system diseases; 5. Active TB patients and HIV positive patients; 6. There are any other conditions that hinder the progress of treatment.
