60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. ASA I-III patients; 3. Patients with lumbar surgery and joint replacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose preoperative renal function examination indicated that they had reached AKI diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with severe heart and liver dysfunction or pregnancy and lactation; 3. Patients with kidney disease and operation history; 4. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients who refused to participate in this trial.
