Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IBD confirmed by colonoscopy and people with healthy intestinal tract (i.e. normal colonoscopy); 2. Subjects who voluntarily provide fecal samples for fecal DNA testing; 3. Subjects who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any tumor history; 2. Patients with mental disorders who can not cooperate; 3. Patients who are not suitable for colonoscopy in the opinion of other research physicians.
