60 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Operation type: lower limb orthopedic surgery (including total hip replacement, total knee replacement, femoral head replacement, PFNA, revision of hip replacement, revision of knee replacement, internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture and internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture); 2. Patients undergoing subarachnoid block anesthesia; 3. Patients over 60 years old; 4. The patients and their family members signed the informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following will be excluded. 1. Subjects with ASA >= IV grade; 2. The patients with acute coronary artery disease in recent 3 months have obvious clinical evidence of valve disease; 3. Patients with arrhythmia (atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation, ectopic beat > 5% of normal sinus heart rate); 4. Patients with a history of endocrine diseases (thyroid or adrenal diseases); 5. Patients with history of central nervous system tumor, psychiatric history, epilepsy history, preoperative MMES score < 10 or preoperative screening delirium; 6. Patients with severe hearing impairment and inability to communicate; 7. Those patients who use sedatives or other psychotropic substances for a long time, abuse drugs or drink too much; 8. Patients transferred to ICU for further treatment.
