Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, the operation types include laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy and laparoscopic total hysterectomy, and the operation time is 2-4h. 2. BMI: 18-28kg / m2 for patients aged 30-65 years; 3. According to the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA), the subjects were classified as grade I-II, with good cardiopulmonary function and no other basic medical history; 4. All subjects signed informed consent and cooperated with data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of pneumonia, atelectasis and pulmonary embolism; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory and sleep obstructive syndrome, etc.; 3. Patients who have undergone cardiopulmonary surgery, such as lobectomy or cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. The patients with language communication disorder can not cooperate with the postoperative follow-up.
