40 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 40-68 years old; 2. ASA I - II; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18.5 ~ 28KG / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease; 2. Subjects with preoperative language communication and cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with previous history of severe mental or neurological diseases; 4. Patients with drug or psychotropic substance abuse; 5. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment; 6. Patients allergic to opioids.
