18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18-65 years; 2. No contraindications for thoracoscopic surgery; 3. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA Level III and above; 2. Patients with contraindications to the use of bronchial occlusier; 3. History of thoracic surgery; 4. History of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or severe asthma; 5. Patients with forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) 30kg/m2, suspected difficult airway; 7. Patients with consciousness and cognitive impairment and patients who refused to participate.
