Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. self-care ability of daily living; 2. able to communicate proficiently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.) with serious sequelae; 2. Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, dementia and other neurodegenerative diseases; 3. With a history of severe head trauma, hepatic encephalopathy, urotoxic encephalopathy, infectious encephalopathy, heavy metal poisoning, etc.; 4. Diagnosed with mental disorders such as anxiety and depression; 5. Unable to complete the whole course due to extreme weakness and poor vision.
