Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age under 50 years old, sex is not limited; (2) Patients with AML meet the WHO criteria for high-risk AML; (3) There is a relative haploid donor and no donor Hematopoietic stem cell; (4) Women in the non-lactation period, non-pregnancy; (5) No serious liver, heart and kidney dysfunction; (6) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A pregnant or nursing woman; (2) Be Over the age of 50 years; (3) Severe major organ dysfunction; (4) Have received immunocytotherapy including dendritic cell, cytokine-induced cells (CIK), cytotoxic lymphocyte or other types of immunocytotherapy; (5) A history of allergic reaction to recombinant human IL-2.
