Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of The Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Benign Prostatic hyperplasia and age >= 50 years; 2. Indications that conform to the surgical treatment of BPH: including: (1) Severe lower urinary tract symptoms (LUST), affecting the quality of life; (2) The symptoms are obvious but the drug therapy such as 5 reductase inhibitor and 1 receptor blocker is ineffective; (3) Repeated urinary retention, hematuria, complicated with stones, larger diverticulum; (4) Repeated urinary tract infection should be anti-infection; (5) Patients with renal insufficiency need bladder ostomy, and the operation should be performed after the physical condition is improved. 3. Can independently cooperate with the study, and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prostate cancer was diagnosed by pathological examination before operation; 2. Urinary dysfunction caused by neurogenic, bladder neck sclerosis, bladder tumor and urethral stricture was diagnosed. 3. There are related contraindications of anesthesia or transurethral operation; 4. Patients who cannot be operated due to severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney or coagulation dysfunction; 5. Suffer from mental illness; 6. Have a history of transurethral surgery; 7. Relevant information is incomplete.
