Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 120 patients undergoing elective surgery for tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, ASA 1-2 grade, age 5-14 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of drug allergy to propofol, fentanyl, rocuronium, lidocaine, and esketamine, symptoms of nerve palsy, difficulty in catheterization of intravenous trocar, inability to provide informed consent, and difficulty in language communication , Pre-assessment as difficult tracheal intubation, local phlebitis and thrombosis, long-term use of sedatives and analgesics, high blood pressure.
