LG1:contrast media in 0.6ml/kg with injection flow velocity of 4ml/s
LG2:contrast media in 0.9ml/kg (contrast media:normal saline=2:1) with injection flow velocity of 4ml/s
LG3:contrast media in 1.2ml/kg (contrast media:normal saline=1:1) with injection flow velocity of 4ml/s
LG4:contrast media in 0.6ml/kg with injection flow velocity of 3ml/s
LG5:contrast media in 0.6ml/kg with injection flow velocity of 2ml/s

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who agreed to have run-off CTA examination and further treatment in our hospital due to symptoms of lower extremity arterial ischemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of contrast agent allergic reaction; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of stent implantation or lower limb vascular bypass surgery; 4. BMI over 30 kg/m2.
