Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed T2DM. 2. Healthy people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the last 3 months acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic hyperosmotic coma ,diabetic ketoacidosis, etc; 2. With recent stress conditions, such as infection, surgery, trauma,etc or special physical conditions, such as pregnancy and lactation; Or aged < 18 years. 3. In the last 6 months, patients were treated by ACEI, ARB or SGLT-2i. 4. In the last 6 months, patients were treate by ULT. 5. Severe liver function, damageIntentional cerebrovascular disease, infectious disease and history of malignant tumor or anamnesis of nephropathy and uric acid metabolism disease.
