Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) History of C-section; 2) Menorrhagia and positive blood/urine -HCG; 3) Ultrasound diagnosis of CSP: A. No exploratory uterine cavity and cervical canal and pregnancy sac; B. The pregnancy capsule or mixed mass is located at the level of the cervical internal opening of the anterior wall of the uterine isthmus or at the site of previous cesarean section scar; C. Between the pregnancy capsule or mass and the bladder, the anterior wall muscle of the lower uterine segment becomes thin or discontinuous; D. The annex area has not been explored and the package block; E. Trophoblastic blood flow signals in the scar; 4) Type I and all type II CSP >= 8 weeks of gestation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe systemic diseases cannot tolerate surgery; 2) UAE or HIFU-A has undergone other treatment prior to treatment; 3) Unstable vital signs or vaginal bleeding >= menstrual volume; 4) Intestinal tissue adhesion was found on the sound channel; 5) Gestational trophoblastic tumor or history of trophoblastic disease cannot be excluded.
