Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients under general anesthesia for elective non-cardiac surgery, aged> 60 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia, mental retardation, or other neuropsychiatric diseases; hearing impaired; patients with communication difficulties caused by other factors.
