Group A:The blood pressure drop is 20% of the basal blood pressure
GroupB:The blood pressure drop is 25% of the basal blood pressure
Group C:The blood pressure drop is 30% of the basal blood pressure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were selected from Jan.2020- Aug.2020 to receive nasal endoscopic surgery in Hangzhou First People's Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University, regardless of gender. All patients underwent systemic medical treatment, BP <= 140/90 mm Hg, ASA grade I-II, and antihypertensive drugs were used until the day before anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hb < 100 g / L; History of cerebral vascular malformation; History of traumatic brain injury; History of cerebral infarction; History of transient ischemic attack; Persons suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases and taking related drugs; Having damage to target organs such as liver, kidney, heart and brain; Allergic to narcotic drugs; Unable to communicate with a doctor.
