18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. ASA classification I to III; 3. Able to understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative sore throat and hoarseness; 2. Patients with known difficulty in intubation, cervical spondylosis; 3. History of upper respiratory tract infection in the past month; 4. NSAID use for the past week; 5. Regular use of steroids or Opioid; 6. history of pharynx or surgery; 7. history of gastroesophageal reflux.
