Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 or above; 2. Clear consciousness; 3. Life expectancy more than 2 years, and will live in the Yongding Road community for 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't cooperate with the examination of 12-lead electrocardiogram or 24H Holter due to serious skin allergies or other reasons; 2. Inability to cooperate with the intermittent examination of single lead electrocardiogram using smartphone-based electrocardiogram APP; 3. With history of mental illness or brain trauma; 4. With serious medical complications, multiple organ failure, or known elective surgical therapy; 5. Inability to give informed consentor to undergo 1-year of follow-up.
