Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects: First diagnosed in Sichuan Provincial Cancer Hospital due to lung occupation;Physical examination subjects: healthy subjects who underwent low-dose CT physical examination screening;Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having other malignant tumors;Severe bronchial asthma;Severe liver function impairment;Severe kidney disease and acute inflammation.
