Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Through the aetiology definite diagnosis tuberculosis initially treats the patient; 2.The age is between 18 and 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suspected and clinically diagnosed cases and airway tuberculosis were not included; 2.Irregular medication and regular visits; 3.Tuberculosis drug allergy; 4.The liver and kidney function are seriously impaired.
