Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis: knee osteoarthritis; 2. Surgery: first unilateral artificial knee replacement; 3. Aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint infection, tumor knee; 2. Those who underwent total knee replacement on the other side during the follow-up period; 3. Severe neurological disease; 4. People with renal insufficiency; 5. Those who have mental disorders and cannot communicate with each other verbally; 6. During the study period, patients who asked to withdraw or did not cooperate, could not be contacted or could not adhere to follow-up.
