Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who meet the following conditions simultaneously: (1) From September 2020 to September 2022, patients who receive anti-tumor drugs (including chemotherpy,targeted drug therapy and immunotherapy) in our center. (2) Male and female. (3) Over 18 years old. (4) Patients with the ability to act autonomously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet any of the following conditions: (1) ß-blockers are used the day before the test; (2) Patients with walking inconvenience who are unable to complete 6MWT; (3) Patients with uncontrollable cancerous pain who can not complete 6MWT; (4) Patients with unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 1 month may be at risk during 6MWT; (5) In resting state, the heart rate exceeds 120 beats / min or systolic blood pressure exceeds 180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure exceeds 100mmHg; (6) Patients who are unable to cooperate with the research for any reason; (7) Do not agree to sign informed consent.
