Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age between 60 and 75; Unilateral total knee replacement was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis; avascular necrosis; periarticular fracture; current immune modulator therapy or any such therapy within 4 weeks of study procedures; joint infection; neuropathic arthropathy; acromegaly; osteochondromatosis; arthroscopic knee surgery within the previous 12 months; intra articular injection or systemic (oral, intravenous, or intramuscular) steroid within the previous 6 months.
