Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 3-17 years(including 3 and 17 years old), no gender requirements. 2) Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in CR1, will undergo unrelated cord blood stem cell transplantation, and the patient-donors high-resolution (HR) DNA matching for HLA-A, -B and -DR alleles pairs are 4/6, 5/6, 6/6 match. 3) The patients and their parents or guardians have been informed of the information of this study, and have given consent to the participation in the study and further treatment and follow-up. 4) The subjects have no lung infection with normal lung function, and their chest X-ray examinations also show no shadow of pulmonary infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Reduce the pretreatment dose for transplantation or conduct secondary transplantation. 2) Children with non-single cord blood transplantation. 3) Patients who have accepted other clinical research experiments within 2 months before this research. 4) Patients with hepatic diseases or liver injury (ALT or AST exceeding 2 times the upper limit of normal). 5) Patients with severe renal impairment or renal failure (serum creatinine over 1.5 times the upper limit of normal). 6) Patients with severe arrhythmia (such as ventricular tachycardia, frequent supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, etc.) or cardiac insufficiency (NYHA cardiac function class II or above). 7) Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, congenital chromosomal abnormalities (such as trisomy 21), and respiratory diseases. 8) Patients with uncontrolled infections, such as tuberculosis. 9) Female patients who have fertility and cannot take effective contraceptive measures. 10) Patients have a history of severe allergic diseases or are allergic to one or more drugs. 11) Patients are considered to be unsuitable to participate in this study by the investigator.
