17 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 and = 24h; 3. Septic shock; 4. CRRT when meet AKI KDIGO stage 2 (intervention group) or CRRT when meet stage 3 with complication within 12 hours (control group) 5. SOFA cardiovascular Score >= 3; 6. Sepsis Patients due to Gram-negative bacterial infection (or suspected GNB infection); 7. Provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Kidney Disease; 2. Renal replacement therapy (RRT) in the last 30 days; 3. CRRT beyond 12 hours after meeting AKI stage 3 with complication; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Immunosuppressive treatment or steroids (prednisone > 0.5 mg/kg/day or equivalent); 6. Autoimmune disorder; 7. Inclusion in other ongoing study within the last 30 days; 8. Coexisting illness with a high probability of death (inferior to 6 months: malignant tumor).
