Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to diagnostic criteria of , and in accordance with the following points: 1) age 18 to 60 years old, no limitation of sex; 2) previously treated with IFN for at least 48 weeks, currently in the state of NA therapy, HBsAg <= 100IU/ml and HBV DNA < 100IU/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease. 2) Pregnant, lactating women and patients with recent fertility preparation. 3) Severe liver dysfunction or decompensated cirrhosis. 4) Including 6 months with unstable or uncontrolled heart disease. 5) History of mental illness or mental illness. 6) Having uncontrolled seizures. 7) Alcoholics or drug addicts who have not quit. 8) Uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, retinopathy, autoimmune disease, etc. 9) Before treatment, the neutrophil count was 1.0*9 and/L or the platelet count51 umol/l.
