Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects should meet the following criteria: 1. Sign informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years old, = 115g / m2 (male), LVMI >= 95g / m2 (female).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who met any of the following criteria were excluded from this study: 1. Coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pulmonary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and diabetes or hyperthyroidism. 2. Impairment of liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, serum creatinine level is more than 2 times of normal upper limit value); 3. Serum potassium > 5.5mmol/l; 4. Pregnant or lactating women, mental disorders; 5. Those who are allergic to the drug in this study; 6. Those who are participating in other drug trials.
